Dear Mr. Jordan:

This letter is written in response to your letter of July 13, 1979, on behalf of Concerned Citizens of Rhode Island, the Point Judith Fishermen's Cooperative, and the Thomas L. Arnold Trust. Enclosed with your letter, is a request for an order to show cause why the application for construction permits for NEP Units 1 and 2 should not be dismissed. For the reasons set forth in the enclosed

A copy of this determination will be placed in the Commission's Public Document Room at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D. C.
