SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - ICE CONDENSER HEAT LOADS EXCEED DESIGN HEAT LOADS - NCR NES '9 FIRST INTERLM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector G. A. Belisle on August 14, 1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).

Enclosed is our first interim report. We expect to submit our next report by November 19, 1979.
