This letter re ponds to your June 19, 1979 submission of revised pages to the NMD Pennsylvania Operations ~ Security Training and Qualification Plan and the related request of February 19, 1979 to replace the commitments for security force training and qualification currently contained in the Apollo and Parks Township security plans.
We have reviewed the revised Security Training and Qualification Plan and have determined that it is now acceptabla. Accordingly, because this one plan applies to your two licenses, we are hereby amending Sections 9.0 of Materials and Plant Protection Amendments MPP-1 to License Nos.
SNM-145 and SNM-414 by revising License Condition 9.1.C for each license.
The revised conditions 9.1.C are contained in Enclosures A and B of this letter. These amendments become effective 30 days after your receipt of this letter.
We are also removing those pages of the Apollo and Parks Township security plans which are now obsolete and substituting the replacement pages which you had enclosed with your February 19, 1979 letter.
These changes are authorized pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e).
We have determined that Attachment I to your letter of June 19, 1979 contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall tv subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 3.12.
