Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced Physical Protection Inspection by regional based inspectors of the implementation of the licensee's accepted Security Plan and 10 CFR 73.50,10 CFR 73.60 and 10 CFR 73.70 relative to security organization; access controls; detection aids; response controls; testing and maintenance; SNM protection; and reports of incidents.
Followup on IE Circular No. 79-03 related to guard qualification and training records.
The inspection started during off-shift hours and involved 60 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC regional based inspectors.
Results:
Of the eight areas inspected, no items of noncompliance were identified.
