Inspection on April 16-20,1979 (Report No. 70-1143/79-08)
Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced physical security inspection.
Implementa-tion of approved Security Plan and applicable License Conditions relative to:
physical barriers; access controls, keys, locks, and combinations; detection aids; central alarm and communication system; testing and maintenance; SNM protection; record and reports; and reports of incidents.
Licensee action regarding IE Circular No. 79-03, Inadequate Guard Training.
The inspection was initiated during regular working hours and involved 35 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC regional based inspector.
Results:
Of the nine areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance were identified.
