Gentlemen:
As a result of the May 10, 1979, discussion with your staff (documented in referenced memorandum), the Texas Instruments Incorporated HFIR Project (TI) is enclosing revisions to the February 197'.
Except Tor specific items, the enclosed revisions (10 copies, two binders per copy) replace the criginal license renewal application of February 1979.
The specific items to be salvaged from the original application are:
