NRC REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF PROCEDURES Effeetive immediatelv, alI orocedures submitted for NRC review will be briefly discussed with mysel f or Vic Stello to determine if NRC review is required.
l# the orocedure involves clant changes or operations which have imoact on nuclear safety or olanned operations to achieve cold stable shutdown, NRC review will be required.
If the orocedure does not imoact the above "NRt. review and approval not required" should be noted.
A middle ground without detailed review but noting specific precautions may also be used to cut down on review effort.
