REVIEW OF IE BULLETIN 79-16 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT DOCKETS 50-266 and 50-301 This is in response to your letter of July 26 and IE Bulletin 79-16, " Vital Area Access Controls".
Our review has determined that the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Modified Amended Security Plan and supporting on-site Point Beach Nuclear Plant Security Procedures comply with the stated requirements of this IE Bulletin.
A tabulation comparing the bulletin requirements and references to our security plan and supporting procedures is attached.
