The Environmental Protection Agency, Region IV intends to issue the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for your facility in accordance with the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended. A Public Notice is tentatively scheduled to be issued on September 20, 1979, in the Hartsville Vidette and the Carthage Courier.
