Docket Nos. STN 50-522 and STN 50-523 Gentlemen:
On August 13, 1979, the NRC Staff filed its " Answer to Petitioner Tribes' Supple-mental Memorandum In Response to Order of July 9, 1979" The Staff's Answer was inadvartently served as if it were a Licensing Board pleading.
Consequently, members of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board were not served copies of that Answer.
Accordingly, by this letter the Staff is certifying service of its Answer to members of the Appeal Board.
