Dear Mr. Rosolie:
Enclosed is the " Staff's Motion for Order Compelling Eugene Rosolie/ Coalition for Safe Power to Respond Fully to Staff Interrogatory C16-4".
This motion was filed on July 10, 1979 and was served by deposit in the United States mail on that date as evidenced by the attached Certificate of Service.
The motion was sent to you at 215 S.E. 9th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97214.
On July 23, 1979, the motion was returned to me with the notation that the U.S. Postal Service was unable to deliver the document at the above address and that it had no forwarding address.
In a telephone conversation during the week of July 16, 1979, you indicated to me that the above address is correct, that mail is deliverable to you at that address, and that on occasion in the past the Postal Service has mistakenly returned as undeliverable mail sent to that address.
Accordingly, I am making a second attempt to serve this motion by sending it to you at the above address.
I suggest that you contact the U.S. Postal Service and attempt to resolve this problem.
