We have amended the approved security plan for the Surry Power Station,

Units 1 and 2, to address the management reorganization at the station.
It is our judgment these changes do not decrease the ef fectiveness of the security plan; therefore, we are submitting these changes pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Five copies of each of the affected pages are enclosed for your review and approval.
The enclosed documents are considered proprietary by Virginia Electric and Power Company and they should be withheld from public disclosure in accor-dance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d).
