In accordance with Article XII, Conditions for Maintaining Agreenent, the following charges a re effected in the Wa'te Management Hasic Ordering Agreement:

The expiration date is revised to read June 30, 1980.

Page 2 of 15 is superseded by the page so identified, and attached hereto.
