This refers to the OA program inspection conducted by Mr. D. G. Anderson of this office on June 19-22, 1979 of your facility at Jackson, Michigan and to the discussicns of our findings with you and members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
1.reas encinad during the QA program inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed report. Within these areas, the impection ccnsisted of an examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with carscnnel, and observations by the inspector.
'lithin the scope of this inspection, we found no instance where you failed to meet the cc nittents of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the Commission's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter gether with the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the Co. mis-sion's Public Cccument Rocm.
If this report contains any informa:icn that you believe to be proprietary, it is necessary that you make a written application within thirty (30) days to this office to withhold such information from publi: di s cl osure. Any such application must includa a full staterent of the reasons on the basis of which it is clai ed that the information is procrietary, and should be prepared so that pro-prietary information identified in the application is ccntaired in a separate part cf the document.
