>E Continuous shift monitoring of the sump level should be recorded on the attached data sheet for all readings taken af ter 12:00 June 1, 1979 using Procedure Z-93, Revision 3.
'Ihe Procedure 2-93 was modified ~ by Revision 3 to assure that a loop seal could not exist in the instrumentation tubing between the source being meacured and the gage.
'Ihis new data sheet accounts for the new elevation of the gage as re-installed at 15.375 ft. above the floor elevation 258.5 ft.
It also requires a "high"and " low" gage reading to account for camera parallax.
'Ihe parallax was observed f rom the gage mirror reflection indicating a potential reading error of three inches of water.
The high reading should be taken from the far side of the indicator and the low from the projected far side of the mirror re flection.
