Confirming our telephone conversation of August 27, 1979, I enclose copy of a listing of the business interruption claims on which we have some knowledge of the amount of the claim. Of the 113 claims already received we have some information on 37 claims.
The total damages sought on the thirty-seven claims is $1,195,699.00.
