Please submit se/en copies of your response to the enclosed request for additional infonnation within 30 days following receipt of this letter.
Also, please delete Appendices C and D of the application.
While there must be supporting written procedures to implement your QA program, these procedures and forms should not be submitted as part of your QA program plan.
