This refers to your application dated September 5,1978 (NY6/4355, Ser:135-382-78) requesting approval of your Quality Assurance (QA) program as meeting the QA program requirements of 10 CFR Part 71.51.
In connection with our review, we have determined that your proposed QA program meets the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 71.
However, we ask you to revise and resubmit your application so as to delete Enclosures 3 through 9.
While there must be supporting written procedures and ins.tructions to implement your QA program, these should not be submitted as part of your QA program plan.
