Thank you for your letters dated April 20, 1979 and May 29,1979, in response to our letters dated March 22, 1979 and May 17, 1979.

As a result of our review, we find that additional information, as discussed with you and Mr. S. Smith during a telephone call on June 7,1979, is needed.

Concerning our request in the fifth paragraph of our March 22, 1979, transmittal letter, your letters dated April 20, 1979 and May 29, 1979 failed to provide a description of steps you will take, or have taken to assure that Management's comaitments to provide corrective action will be implemented.

Therefore, please consider this matter and provide a description of actions you will implement to assure that Management's corrective action connitments in response to tiRC findings will be imple-mented.

Also, provide a date when such actions will be completed.

With regard to your responses to deviation items A, B, C, E, F and G, please provide specific dates when internal audits will be implemented to provide preventive measures.

With regard to your corrective and preventive action for deviation item D, we have no further questions at this time. We will review your actions during a subsequent inspection.

Please provide this additional information within twenty (20) days in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
