Dear Mr. Ippolito:
Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the Commission's Rules and Regulations thereunder, Nebraska Public Power District, Columbus, Nebraska, hereby subnits additional information relevant to the operation of Cooper Nuclear Station.
This revised amendment incorporates all changes which were identified during t'ae Regulatory Staf f review of Amendment 39 submitted on June 16, 1978.
Additionally, we have included a new Section (8.0) which defines the implementation of the rainbow (WASH) documents. This new $ action, which was sutamitted on January 9,1979, has also previously been reviewed by the Staff.

also submitted.
