Docket No. 50-331 REQUEST FOR ACTION UNDER 10 CFR 2.206 Notice is hereby given that by petition received June 1,1979, dated April 9,1979, the Citizens United for Responsible Energy, Community Action Research Group, and Iowa Public Interest Research Group requested that the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation order suspension of License Amendment No. 46 to License No. OPR-49 for the Duane Arnold Energy Center. This petition is being treated as a request for action under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Commission's regulations, and accordingly, action will be taken on the petition within a reasonable time.
