Revisions of FMC The planned modifications and expansions of the Richland fual. fabrication facility which were described in reference 4 above were submitted for Health and Safety licensing purposes. We did not mean to imply in that letdr that we did not intend to provide, as we have done in the past, revised pages to our FMC plan to cover any safeguards impacts of plant modifications. Our practice has been to give separate coverage to Health and Safety and Safeguards licensing submissions. We intend to continue this practice of separate submissions. Sincerely, a R.
