This is in response to your letter dated July 16, 1979, symbol WRD-LS&S-790, which requested an extension of time to reconcile the physical inventory beyond the 30 day period specified in 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4).
We have determined that the granting of your request will not endanger the co:: mon defense and security and is otherwise in the public interest.
Accordingly, we have added a new license condition to Amendment MPP-1 to your License No. SNM-1120, effective immediately, which reads as follows:
Notwithstanding the requirements of 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4) to cumplete the physical inventory initiated June 30, 1979 within 30 calendar days, the licensee shall complete the activities required by 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4) on or before August 13, 1979.
