Dear Mr. Wiglesworth:
This is in response to your letter dated July 25, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of all documents relating to a request from the fiRC to the Army Corps of Engineers concerning the concrete used in the base mat at Wolf Creek fluclear Power Station.
In response to your request the documents listed on the appendix are enclosed.
As noted in your letter, you agreed to pay the " reasonable search and reproduction costs." The charge for reproducing records not located in the fiRC Public Document Room (PDR) is ten cents ($.10) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b).
Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the enclosed 14 ' pages is $14.70.
Please send a check in the amount of $14.70, along with a copy of this letter, to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room Mi4BB-4210, fiuclear Regulatory Comaission, Washington, DC 20555.
