We have reviewed the revisions to the Guard Training and Qualificatica Plan which were submitted by your letter, 79 EGS-6631 dated July 13, 1979.
- sa result of this review we have determined that the plan as reviisd it now acceptable.
Sirce this plan comprises one of the essential elements of your physical protection program, we have found it appropriate to incorporate it into your license by reference. Accordingly, we are hereby amending Section 9.0 of Materials and Plant Protection Amendment MPP-1 to your License Nc. SNM-21 revising License Condition 9.A.1 by adding License Condition 9.A.l.C as set forth in the enclosure to this letter, effective 60 days after receipt.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of July 13, 1979, contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
