Reference is made to the August 3,1979 meeting between Messrs. Bastin and DiPiazza and members of my staff concerning recommendations contained in the draft Comprehensive Evaluation Report transmitted to you by our letter o July 16, 1979.
It is my understanding that you have already completed the equipment modification recommended in item 3 of Section 4.2.1, Recommended Actions to Achieve Hich Assurance Protection, and further that you have agreed to promptly implement procedural changes responsive to the remaining items of that section. Members of my staff will visit your facility during the week of August 13-17 to provide more detailed guidance on these procedural changes.
