Highlights BhR Break Flow Studies Division of Systen Safety 1.
During the reporting period, the results of Marviken Tests Nos. 6 and 7 were analyzed and conpared to Tests Nos.1 and 2, revealing an effect of nozzle length to diameter ratio on the discharge flow rates. The results were sumnarized in a letter (June 20, 1979).
2.
During the ccming months, further tests with even shorter nozzles will be analyzed to lock for further confinnation and quantification of this effect.
