.g Charles E. MacDonald, Chief August 1979 Page 2 As we understand it, the confusion in Nuclear Engineering Campany's user status has arisen from tha transfer of Nuclear Engineering Company's former subsidiary, Protective Packaging, Inc., to Teledyne Energy Systems.
Teledyne Energy Systems is not a uner of the packages but is a designer and f abricator of these a.ed other transportation packages.
Teledyne Energy Systems does not currently own or possess any package for which a Certificate of Compliance has been issued.
Nuclear Engineering Company does wish to renew the Certificate, /
of Compliance for each of the above listed packages.
If V
Toledyne Energy Systems does not wish to bear the expense of submitting the renewal application then Nuclear Engineering Company wishes to submit the application Sincerely, NUCLEAR ENGINEERING COMPANY, INC.
