This letter is in regard to Transnuclear, Inc.'s Training and Qualification Plan dated June 26, 1979.
We have determined, subject to the addition of " full time" before the words
" trained police officers" in the last line of the plan, that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR Parts 70.20(a), 73.30(e) and 110.50 and accordingly is approved. Mr. John Mangusi telephonically concurred with this change.
Since this plan contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR Part 2.790(d), it is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR Part 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 9.12.
