Reference is made to your letter of June 5,1979 describing your actions to respond to the recomrendations of the April 1979 Comprehensive Evaluation Report on your facility as well as the schedule for inplementation of these actions. We have reviewed the actions you propose and find them acceptable.
We also note that you have committed to have these actions fully imolemented by June 30, 1979. Accordingly, the Office of Inspection and Enforcement will, in the near future, confirm that such implementation is satisfactory.
It has been detemined that your letter of June 5,1979 and its enclosure contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
