Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed is a draft of Appendix B to the Fort St. Vrain Security Plan, which is being submitted in accordance with 10CFR73.50(h) for your review. We elected to submit this in draft because of the magnitude of the change and the probability that our staff's will need to discuss this l
proposal at some length.
l The two enclosures submitted incit.de Appendix B to the Fort St. Vrain Security Plan entitled, " General Criteria for Security Personnel." The second enclosure is the individual crucial task descriptions, which were the result of the Task Analysis Team's determination of what guard training and qualification will be necessary relative to the Fort St.
Vrain Security Plan.
We request that this information be withheld f rom public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of 10CFR2.790(d) because it contains inform-ation which is site specific to the Fort St. Vrain Security system. We will look forward to hearing from your staf f with regard to the contents of this submittal.
