Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copies of Philcdelphia Electric Company'c Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications relating to envirenmental study programs.
