In accordance with 10 CFR 73.50, please find enclosed five copies (copy numbers 1 through 5) of the Arkansas Nuclear One Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan.
This plan is submitted as Appendix B to the Industrial Security Plaa (dated January 11,1979).
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.12, we have determined your approval of this plan to involve a Class III approval. Accordingly, a check in the amount of $4,400 is enclosed for both cnits.
