We have reviewed your request for summary of qualifications of personnel available to he utility for handling unusual events (Re fe rence 1).
Attachment A references the off-site management personnel having cognizant responsibility for the LACBWR facility.
Attachment B references the technical resources available on the LACBWR staff.
Attachment C references the principal individuals and the consulting fines providing on-call service to the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor.
It also provides a summary of other nuclear specialists with whom LACBWR established contractual arrangements and could provide the technical "Osuucces as discussed in Paragraph IIB. of Reference (1).
Mr. Haass was contacted by the LACBWR Superinhadent and acknowledged that submittal of this report on August 30, 1979, would be satisfactory.
