REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION LACROSSE BOILING WATER REACTOR DEGRADED GRID '/0LTAGE (TAC 10031)
Based upon our review of your subnittal dated July 22, 1977 we have concluded that the use of the existing undervoltage relaying to protect against a sustained degraded grid condition is not acceptable. Hence, we require that you provide your proposed design modification ad changes in the Technical Specification based on the guidance contained in the staff positions submitted to. you by our letter dated June 3,1977.
