Reference is made to our letter dated May 15. 1979 which transmitted a revision to Sections 3.0 and 4.0 to your License No. SNM-1168.
In accordance with this revision, License Conditions 6.5 and 6.6 ere dropped and 6.2 was revised; however, neither our letter nor the enclosures addressed this change. Accordingly, we are revtsing Icendment No. MPP-2 to your License No. SNM-1168 to indicate these and all subsequent changes, effective immediately, as reflected in the enclosure to this letter.
