McGuire Nuclear Station Amendment to SNML-1773 Docket No. 70-2623
Dear Mr. Dircks:
M-; letter of July 13, 1979 transmitted infor=ation on the proposed transporta-tion routes for shipment of spent fuel from Oconee Nuclear Station to McGuire Nuclear Station.
Please find attached additional information on the communica-tions network which will be utilized during shipnent of the fuel.
Based on this information it is requested that this cathod of communication be approved as equivalent to communication with a radiotelephone as required by 10 CFR
- 73. 37 (b) (2).
Since the information transmitted by this letter concerns security information which will become part of the Spent Fuel Transportation Security Plan, it is requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 that this information be withheld from public disclosure.
