Gentlemen:
This letter is submitted for information purposes as required by Reference 3 above on a change to the CNFP Emergency Plan.
We have revised Appendix 2, Content of Emergency Procedure, Page 2.1 to increase the effectiveness of our Emergency Plan.
Our procedure now addresses each class of emergency outlining immediate response actions, responsibilities, and autoarity of off-site support agencies.
In addition, Appendices J and L were elimincted since area maps and a utility diagram are included in the emergency equipment locker.
Appendix G has been in-corporated into Appendix D.
Seven (7) copies of the page change have been submitted to you with this letter and a copy of the change has been forwarded to Region II, Office of Inspection and Enforcement.
