In response to your requcst for coments, dated July 16, 1979, on the subject program proposal, we have no coments on the proposed work scope. However, subsequent to the verification and release of the PELE-IC code, we believe that the relevant problems of interest (Task 2) to be perfomed should be coordinated through Y.he Conunme1t Code Review Group.
