Thanks for your letter of April 27th and t.he kind words about handling the press, though I am not as sanguine as you, considering my offhand comment about the first amendment and the backlash it cr':lted.
tiever-theless, our expe-ience at Three Mile Island has pointed up the dif-ficulties of ccmmunicating with the media and in th t regard your note was most timely.
As you can appreciate, however, vie are now in the midst of getting the multiple investigations of TMI off the ground and will not have the time to consider appropriate remedial actions for the immediate future. I would like to keep your proposal in mind for some later date and perhaps we can chat about it at that time.
