This is in response to your letter of June 26, 1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, access to documents relating to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's recent decision to recommend to the Department of Commerce that an export '
license not be granted to Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
