Item 1:

First I must point out that we are not a radio-graphy company but a supplier of radioactive material.

All personnel will have "on the job training" ard before being certified as technicians and super-visors, they shall satisfactorily complete one of our " Radiation Safety Schools' and then be approved by our Isotope Safety Committee:

Item 2:

The Radiation safety officer working.

.r.n the Vice President of Production is responsible for the Quality Assurance program.

Items made outside of Gulf Nuclear, Inc. will be certified by the manufacturer.
