SCOPE OF WCRK 1.1 The Contractor shall, in accordance with the specificatic ns set forth herein, furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies, as may be required by the public, for the copying, collating, stapling, distribution and selling to the public, at the prices specified under ARTICLE I - SERVICE AND PRICES, copies of all documents maintained by the U.S. dutlear Regulatory Commission (MRC) and requestad by the public througn the Commission's Public Document Room (POR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
1.2 The Contractor shall also furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies as may be required by direct mai' inquiries frcm menbers of the oublic in accordance with the prices specified under ARTICLE I - SERVICES AND PRICES. These services shall include file retrieval, request form procedure, reproduction of retrieved material and related statis'ics.
The work specified in this paragraph 1.2 shall be performed in accordance with the following:
(i) Work shall be perforned rn a regular 20 hours2.314815e-4 days <br />0.00556 hours <br />3.306878e-5 weeks <br />7.61e-6 months <br /> per week, four hours per day, five days per week basis, frca 3:C0 P.M to 7:00 P.M., unless otherwise specified by the Chief of the Public Document Rccm-(ii) Contractor personnel shall learn and be responsible for utilizing specific Public Document Rocm filing procedures when responding to direct mall inquiries from members of the public.
These file retrieval prccedures shall be of a relatively uncomplicated nature and conform directly to PCR accession citations for reproduction of material, Contractor persennel shall be esponsible for filling out a PCR request form for every folder retrieved and pacerclipping all documents to be reprocuced by the Contractor. A copy cf tnis request form shall be maintained aiong with a log for statistical purposes.
(iii) The retrieved caterial shall be taken frcm *he shelf within the Public Cccument Rocm by the Contractor perscnnel and replaced by a red charge cut card witn a copy of the PCR request form in it indicating Contractor respcnsibility. The specific document will then be paperclipped in the normal manner in order to expedite reproduction procedures.
(iv) Decuments will be reprcduced on the premises when co;sibl:- but may be taken in organi:cd fashion to the Contracto"s off site In reproduction iccation for overnignt reproduction se vices.

Page 3 Specc work assignments shall be communicated to the Contractor perst.inel by the Chief of the Public Document Hurm with adequate tine for preparation and in a manner in order to usure steady wo rk fl ow. The quality of reproduction shall comply with the standards specifiec in section 9 of the contract specifications.
Contractor personnel shall te required to maintain a da4ly ';g of material reproduced and be accountable for material 'eaving from and returning to the shelves of the Public Cocume,' Room.
(v) Specific cancellation of personnel or of the task a_ a whole may be made by either the Chief of the Dublic Document Rcon or the Centractor representative independent of each other.
Procedures for cancellation can be initiated at any tine during the period of the contract with thirty days notice given to either party given at the time of decision."

ART:CLE II - PERICD OF PERFCRMANCE is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the folicwing in lieu thereof:
" ARTICLE II - PERICD OF PERFORMANCE The rariod of perft mance begins August 17, 1977 and ends August 16, 1920.
4 This Supplemental Agreement results in no change in the amount of contract.
