REMARKS: IMC 2515 Appendix A, Risk-Informed Baseline Inspection Program, has been revised to update the table in Attachment 3 to allow inspectors to charge time to IP 92701 for URI closure.
IP 71111.21N.02, Design-Basis Capability of Power-Operated Valves Under 10 CFR 50.55a Requirements, is an initial issuance. This IP is one of the focused engineering inspections recommended by staff in SECY 18-0113. IN the SECY, staff recommended a quadrennial engineering inspection cycle to begin in 2020 and take the place of Design Basis Assurance Inspection (Teams) and Design Basis Assurance Inspection (Programs).
