Crin= ins stated that he does not want to meet with the staff to discuss detail of the temporary crane support embedcent.
He stated that the issue was covered and signed-off by RC: this is not a valid licensing action or interest; desi n details are not a part of the FSAR: this design change was handled just like hundreds of other design changes that have been necessary in the construction of the facility.
LPI. stated that the objective is to determine that the design criteria have been satisfied by the as-built structure and that the resultinz utructure is adequate and cor.ents that the as-built design would not appear to be a typical desi-. o" ccnstr1ction tecnnique as
