By lette-dated October 6,1977, Met-Ed submitted a proposed impinge--
ment / entrain.nent monitoring progran for Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) review and epproval, in accordance with Part III, Special Condition 1 of the subject permit.
EPA approved the progran by letter dated November ld 1977. At the r
sa e tima,,- EPA also requested that sc=e additiona2 ccr.itoring be performed.
By letter dated November 23, 1977, Met-Ed agreed to perfern the additional sampling.
The study progran calls for submittal of a final report by May 1, 1979 Please be advised that the field work was cc=pleted as scheduled; however, the repcrt has not yet been conpleted due to tanpcVer constraints.
We anticipate eccpletion and snbnittal of this report by nid July 1979 Should you require any additional infor ation, please contact Mr. E. S.
