Your letter Of September 2k, 1973 indicated that cur respense to Directorate of Regulatory Cperations Eulletin :Ic. 73-1 entitled " Faulty Overcurrent Trip Celay Device in Circuit Breakers for Engineered Safety Syste=" vas not acceptable.
Please be advised that all cf the ti=e delay dashpct end caps contained en engineere:1 safeguard circuit breakers will be replaced.
The replacement end caps vill be factory tested to the requirements of A*iSI C37.17, " Trip Device for AC and DC icv 7citage ?cver Circuit :-a='a-s".
The new end caps vill be installed prior to initial fuel lcading.
Ccacerning the pessibility of the sub. ject proble= cccurring on Three Mile !s'a-d " ** 2, ve offer the fcileving:
