s 32.1.C5 (25?) The technical specifications for the casite meteorolagical (10.0) syste: must be included in the Technical Specifications.

Provida technical specificati2ns f or the operability of th2 onsite 2e:20:0103 c21 instruzentacion, including control rea'.

1 tonitcring, J.n Section 3.0 - Limitin' Conditions for Oneration of the Technical Specifications, and on reteorological instru-

=ent sur llance eith respect to tests, calibratiens.ad inspections in Section 4.0 - Surveillance Standards as indi-cated in the Nuclear Regulatory Cornission Stantard Te:Snical Specifications.

32.1.07 (RS?) A greater data base (two or more years of neteorolo:;ical data)

(2.3.3) collec:2d during tha period of plant construction is requirca at the Operating License stage to confira the atmospheric dispersion esticates =ade at the Construction Permit stage.

Provide at least a tuo year period of joint frequency data based on reteorological data collected onsite.

The inf o rmatica recently provided in Table 2.6-4 of Supplement II of the Environ: ental Report, dated Februar/ 23, 1975, could be provided. However, since these data had a recovery rate of only 79" core recent data with a recovery rate of at least 90%

uould be preferable.

32.1.03 (RSP)

If at least a two-year period of onsi e noteorological data (2.3.3) vith a recovery rate of at least 902 is nc* available, praside a co--*- aat to furnish at least a one-full year period of teteorological data (in joint frequency form with an acc2ptabla data recosery rate) upon conpletion of the annual data collectica cycle, so that the riability of the progran and th2 conservation of any arrospheric dispersien esticates based on other data with a loner recovery rate may be verified.

32.1.09 (?.3?) Provide the eeight (psf) of snow on the roofs of safety-related (2.3.1.3) buildings expected with a recurrence interval of 100 years. This could be based on a standard for snou on the ground such as that published by the American "ational Standards Institute (AN3I), but with corrections for local conditions. The transfer of ground weights to weight on the roofs could also be based on the standard method nublished by the AN31.

Also, prorize the v' "- weight (psf) of sacs en the roofs of safety-related n.
