This figure does not agree with the write-up in the text that describes the systen in that no startup rate trip is included.
I have infor ed the applicant and the designer (35'4? cf this error in figure 7-23.
I told them if this ratter ceces up at the hearing, we will note that the figure 7-23 is in error and cur evaluation of the system was based upcn the ?SAR descriptions of tne instrumentation and protectien systems.
They have agreed to this action; however, they also indicated that they may consider a change to the design later.
