A notice of the availability of the report and request for coenents fron Stato and local a;;encies has been sent to the Of fice of the Federal Registar for filing and publication (copy enclosed). A request for com-mentr also has been sent to those applicable Federal agencies snecified in the Ccuncil's memorandum of June 3, 1970.
After ve have recalved the corr: tents from Federal, State, and local agencies, we vill prepare a detailed environnental statement, including, where appropriata, a discussion of any problems or objections raised and the disposition thereof, and forward copies of the statement to the Council.
